iOS & iPadOS — Disconnect and delete data

AdReport for iPhone/iPad connects to your existing Google publisher account. It does not create a separate AdReport or Firebase Authentication account, and BTA Mobile Apps does not store your AdMob reports on a developer server.

1. Open AdReport → Settings → Disconnect & delete local data and confirm. This clears the active publisher connection, in-memory report/payment data and the shared app/widget report cache. The Google authorization state is removed from the device's shared Keychain. The app also attempts to revoke its Google authorization.
2. If the device was offline, or you want to verify revocation independently, open your Google Account's connections and remove AdReport's access. Your Google account and source AdMob/AdSense records are not deleted.
3. Language/currency preferences and purchase status are separate from the cleared report cache. To remove the app's remaining local files, delete AdReport in iOS Settings → General → iPhone/iPad Storage → AdReport → Delete App. Offload App retains app data and is not the same as deletion. Disconnect before deleting: Keychain items are not reliably removed merely by uninstalling.
4. Delete any PDFs you exported from Files or the destination you chose. Copies already shared with another app or person remain with that recipient. Existing temporary PDFs are separate from the cleared report cache and may be purged by iOS.
5. Manage or delete device backups separately if they contain earlier app data. Store and advertising providers retain their own records under their applicable policies; developer support cannot delete those providers' independent transaction or service records.

Cancel subscriptions separately: use AdReport → Settings → Manage subscriptions or iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Disconnecting Google, deleting data or uninstalling does not cancel App Store renewal. Apple handles purchase and refund records.

Developer-held information and support requests

Request deletion of developer-held information. Identify AdReport Plus for iOS and the support correspondence or information you want removed. There is no iOS Firebase app profile for us to delete. We may verify ownership of the information before acting; reinstallation is not required. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, payment-card details or confidential report exports.

1. AdReport → Ayarlar → Bağlantıyı kes ve yerel verileri sil seçeneğini açıp onaylayın. Aktif yayıncı bağlantısı, bellekteki rapor/ödeme bilgileri ve uygulama/widget ortak rapor önbelleği temizlenir. Google yetkilendirme durumu cihazdaki ortak Keychain’den silinir. Uygulama ayrıca Google erişim iznini iptal etmeyi dener.
2. Cihaz çevrimdışıysa veya iptali ayrıca doğrulamak istiyorsanız Google Hesabı bağlantılarına girerek AdReport erişimini kaldırın. Google hesabınız ve kaynak AdMob/AdSense kayıtları silinmez.
3. Dil/para birimi tercihleri ve satın alma durumu temizlenen rapor önbelleğinden ayrıdır. Kalan yerel uygulama dosyaları için iOS Ayarları → Genel → iPhone/iPad Saklama Alanı → AdReport → Uygulamayı Sil yolunu kullanın. Uygulamayı Boşalt seçeneği verileri korur ve silmeyle aynı değildir. Uygulamayı silmeden önce bağlantıyı kesin: yalnızca kaldırma işlemi Keychain bilgilerini güvenilir biçimde silmez.
4. Dışa aktardığınız PDF’leri Dosyalar’dan veya seçtiğiniz hedeften ayrıca silin. Başka uygulama ya da kişiyle paylaşılan kopyalar alıcıda kalır. Mevcut geçici PDF’ler temizlenen rapor önbelleğinden ayrıdır ve iOS tarafından temizlenebilir.
5. Önceki uygulama verilerini içeren cihaz yedeklerini ayrıca yönetin veya silin. Mağaza ve reklam hizmeti sağlayıcıları kendi kayıtlarını geçerli politikalarına göre saklar; geliştirici desteği bu sağlayıcıların bağımsız işlem veya hizmet kayıtlarını silemez.

Aboneliği ayrıca iptal edin: AdReport → Ayarlar → Abonelikleri yönet veya iOS Ayarları → Apple Hesabınız → Abonelikler yolunu kullanın. Google bağlantısını kesmek, veri silmek veya uygulamayı kaldırmak App Store yenilemesini iptal etmez. Satın alma ve iade kayıtlarını Apple yönetir.

Geliştiricideki bilgiler ve destek talepleri

Geliştiricide tutulan bilgilerin silinmesini isteyin. iOS için AdReport Plus adını ve silinmesini istediğiniz destek yazışmasını veya bilgiyi belirtin. iOS’ta geliştiricinin sileceği Firebase uygulama profili yoktur. İşlemden önce bilginin size ait olduğunu doğrulamanız istenebilir; uygulamayı yeniden yüklemeniz gerekmez. Parola, OAuth token’ı, kart bilgisi veya gizli rapor dosyası göndermeyin.

Android — AdReport Plus data deletion

Request deletion of developer-held data. Identify AdReport Plus, the email used in the app, and the Firebase app account or support correspondence you want removed. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not include passwords or OAuth tokens. Reinstallation is not required. BTA Mobile Apps will reply to handle your request and explain any applicable retention obligation.

1. Use Settings → Delete AdReport account to delete the Firebase app profile. Recent sign-in may be required. If you cannot access the app, request account deletion using the email link above.
2. Sign out in the app to clear the active account and report/widget caches.
3. Clear all local data in Android Settings → Apps → AdReport → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall.
4. Delete separately any PDFs you saved or shared.
5. Revoke Google authorization at Google Account connections.

The AdReport app profile is stored in Google Firebase Authentication. Account deletion removes this profile and the associated local report/widget caches. BTA Mobile Apps does not store AdMob reports on its own server. These steps do not delete your Google account or source reports. Google manages purchase records under its policies.

Subscriptions: cancel through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Data deletion, signing out and uninstalling do not cancel subscriptions.

Android — AdReport Plus veri silme

Geliştiricide tutulan bilgilerin silinmesini isteyin

Veri silme talebi gönder. AdReport Plus adını, uygulamada kullandığınız e-posta adresini ve silinmesini istediğiniz Firebase uygulama hesabını veya destek yazışmasını belirtin. Talebi hesap sahibi olarak doğrulamanız istenebilir. Parola veya OAuth token’ı göndermeyin. Talebi göndermek için uygulamayı yeniden yüklemeniz gerekmez. BTA Mobile Apps, talebi değerlendirmek ve sonuçlandırmak için yanıt verir; uygulanabilir yasal saklama zorunluluğu varsa açıklar.

Uygulama hesabı ve cihazınızdaki veriler

1. Firebase uygulama profilinizi silmek için Ayarlar → AdReport hesabını sil seçeneğini kullanın. Yakın zamanda giriş yapmış olmanız gerekebilir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız yukarıdaki e-posta bağlantısından hesap silme talep edebilirsiniz.
2. Uygulamadaki Çıkış yap seçeneği aktif hesap ve rapor/widget önbelleğini temizler.
3. Tüm yerel tercih ve dosyalar için Android Ayarları → Uygulamalar → AdReport → Depolama → Verileri sil seçeneğini kullanın veya uygulamayı kaldırın.
4. Kaydettiğiniz/paylaştığınız PDF dosyalarını seçtiğiniz konumdan ayrıca silin.
5. Google iznini Google Hesabı → Bağlantılar bölümünden kaldırın.

AdReport uygulama profili Google Firebase Authentication’da tutulur. Hesap silme, bu profili ve uygulamadaki ilgili yerel rapor/widget önbelleklerini kaldırır. BTA Mobile Apps’in kendi sunucusunda AdMob raporu saklanmaz. Bu adımlar Google hesabınızı veya Google’daki kaynak raporları silmez. Google satın alma kayıtlarını kendi politikasıyla yönetir.

Aboneliğiniz varsa: Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler’den iptal edin. Veri silme, çıkış ve uygulamayı kaldırma aboneliği otomatik iptal etmez.
